With at BA in Social and Behavioural studies working for Reed brings me back to a role I love, supporting people to make positive changes to their lives! I've recently moved from East Yorkshire, that's the strange accent you'll notice, but still enjoy spending time: on the Yorkshire coast walking: along canals and rivers predator fishing (a new hobby) and gardening. Then when I can I use the vegetables and fruit I grow to prepare and cook some healthy meals. I read, ballroom dance and generally like to be busy.

Health and Wellbeing Coach: Be Smoke Free, Your Support
I have been interested in all things health related for as long as I can remember, and I recently went back to university and graduated with a Health, Wellbeing and Nutrition degree. I love working with people and I’m a big believer of the idea that small positive changes can have a significant long-term impact, so I’m thrilled to be working with the brilliant One You Leeds team, helping people make positive changes to their health and their overall wellbeing. In my spare time, I'm also a volunteer cooking mentor as I love to cook, and you'll probably find me keeping active and creative, trying to grow some of my own veg too as I am a true plant lady, practicing yoga, walking in the countryside, discovering new places, and I’ll never say no to a good movie night!

Casey Marshall
Health and Wellbeing Coach: Be Smoke Free, Your Support
I have always had a love fitness right from the age of 4 when I started kickboxing. The importance of health, wellbeing and good nutrition became apparent throughout my athletic and coaching career, pushing me to pursue further education in the area. I have since gained a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. In my spare time I can be found doing kickboxing, Muay Thai, rock climbing or cooking healthy meals (or sometimes pizza). I hope to continue to use my experiences to empower others to make positive change to improve their physical and mental well-being at One You Leeds.

Megan Cunningham
Health and Wellbeing Coach: Be Smoke Free, Your Support
Having previously worked in the NHS and with a background in counselling, health and fitness I am a strong advocate of the link between physical and psychological wellbeing. Lifestyle behaviour choices can unknowingly be detrimental to our wellbeing and cause us to feel rooted in undesirable habits. This is where my passion around wellness comes in. By promoting the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life through a person-centred approach, I am confident we can help our participants flourish and get the most out of their daily activities. I am always continuing to learn and develop my understanding around our physical and psychological selves as evidence-based knowledge grows.Aside from this, my weekends vary between walks on the moors with my retriever and a pair of muddy boots or prosecco down at the pub because balance is key!
